The House Chiefs of Staff Alumni Association (HCOSAA) is a nonprofit, bipartisan, professional association composed of former Administrative Assistants and Chiefs of Staff of Members of the U.S. House of Representatives. While the HCOSAA is composed exclusively of former House AA's and Chiefs of Staff, its mission is to provide professional development and networking opportunities for both current and former top staffers to House Members.

Membership in the House Chiefs of Staff Alumni Association offers a wide array of opportunities to network with chiefs of staff, both current and former, of Members of the House of Representatives. The luncheon speaker series offers opportunities to hear off-the-record commentaries from distinguished guests from politics, academia, the media, sports and other endeavors. Speakers have included Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, former Speaker Newt Gingrich, Election analyst, Charlie Cook, Donna Brazile, Sen. George McGovern and many others. The HCOSAA also hosts receptions, private movie screenings, museum tours, embassy visits and the occasional wine tasting.
