The House Chiefs of Staff Alumni Association (HCOSAA) is a non-profit, bipartisan professional association composed of former Administrative Assistants and Chiefs of Staff of Members of the U.S. House of Representatives. While the HCOSAA is composed exclusively of former House AA's and Chiefs of Staff, its mission is to provide professional development and networking opportunities for both current and former top staffers to House Members. The membership of HCOSAA includes extraordinary depth in both political and governmental experience at the senior levels in the House and offers this expertise to help educate the broader public on the operations of the U.S. Congress.
